Super Silent Fundraiser

Enloe High School is a unique public school. We have an incredibly diverse student body, the school offers so much more than typical public schools do, and Enloe continues to be highly regarded and ranked because our graduates typically outperform students from many other schools. The Enloe PTSA is as unique as the school. For example, we're one of very few PTA organizations that not only represents parents and teachers, but also welcomes students as its members. We try as much as possible to support our talented teachers and hard-working staff, and each year we're fortunate to be able to provide grant money worth tens of thousands of dollars to support many projects and programs that otherwise would suffer the unfortunately familiar "do more with less."

During the 2016-17 school year we were able to support teachers and staff with $26,000 in grant money. Teachers use these grants to fund projects, programs or the purchase of needed equipment that otherwise would not be available.Would our students still get an amazing education? Of course. But the proverbial "extra mile" uniquely enriches the lives and experiences of our students and further adds to the very true adage that at Enloe "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts." At the same time, many of our members asked us to forego the various commercially focused sales programs so many schools typically reach for when raising money. Plus, many of those programs raise money for their respective vendors, but typically only contribute approximately 10% of the money raised. We'd rather not ask our children to sell you stuff, we'd rather only ask you once per year and, since we get the full 100%, our once-per-year Super Silent Fundraiser is much more effective and impactful. We hope you agree it's smart, less stressful and less disruptive.
  • But we must fundraise, because membership dues, while greatly appreciated, only fund around 15% of everything we do.
Thus, we ask you for a donation one time, and we try to keep it low profile using mostly webpages like this one, or mentions in newsletters and other communiques. We don't want to bother you, nag you, or guilt you into donating money. But IF you're so inclined we'll be most appreciative of anything you can do above and beyond paying membership dues. And, being parents and teachers ourselves, we're well aware not everyone can give, or give this year, and that's perfectly okay. But if you happen to have a little extra money, or are willing to forego a dinner, lunch or coffee then please support us by donating to the Super Silent Fundraiser.

You can donate online with Paypal (please click on the button at the top of this page), or send us a check to the school's address (just like dues payments). The Enloe High School PTSA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which means contributions may be tax deductible (we cannot give you tax advice, but most of us deduct our PTSA donations as charitable gifts and feel good doing it).

Our Paypal payment page is here: paypal.enloeptsa.com and our mailing address should be easy to find should you prefer to send us a check (not all of us enjoy paying online).
